I give a 1-star (too many) review in order for this post to go through.I can not attest to his abilities as a dentist but his professionalism sucks! I have had other dental offices tell me to bypass him but I opted to see him because of a tooth abscess and because my daughter utilizes his service. I just walked back into my home. I had to take two public transit buses to get to his office (and to return home). As I boarded the second bus I called his office to let them know I was about 3 minutes away. Luckily a red light had the bus and I was able to get off. His receptionist said he had left and that she had been told to call folks with scheduled appointments. I never got a call. I'm not sure how it could slip his mind that I was coming in for an x-ray and possibly getting an antibiotic prescription. We talked in depth and I gave him my number. I called him this very morning at the opening of his business and I talked to Dr. Owens, My information should have been given to his assistant. Luckily I ride CTA free as a senior citizen!!!!!!
