The staff is extremely pleasant and kind, from the front desk, to the dental assistants, and the doctors.  I had a root canal that I was dreading for weeks and they were very patient and understanding.  The whole experience was very comfortable and painless, I'm glad I chose 1st Family Dental.

This review is for an emergency root canal on a Sunday. I was able to call for an appointment at 9:30 and scheduled at 12pm. I truly appreciated his chair-side manner. He made me feel more at ease than any dentist I have worked with. Thoroughly explained the plan and steps during the procedure confidently but never condescendingly. The other DMD in his office has a therapy dog but I\'m not sure I even need it with Dr. Sanchez. Worth the drive from Philly.
