1Dr. Salk put in a temporary filling into a tooth that ended up having nothing wrong with it. So basically, he could charge me for the work twice: once for the temporary filling which did nothing, and once again for the permanent filling that would eventually have to replace it. When I expressed concern, Lori, who works at his front desk and handles his billing, literally hung up on me rather than trying to find some way to resolve the issue. The temporary filling is perhaps a "wait-and-see" approach which I could otherwise forgive had Lori at his office not also held my original x-rays hostage despite requests from my new dentist to have them released. What they did release was tiny images printed on copier paper that were of absolute no use whatsoever. Legally, patients own the original x-rays and they should have been promptly released once I signed a release form. All this might be forgiveable had they at all attempted to rectify the problems, but rather, they immediately took a defensive stance on everything, including why they wouldn't release my X-rays. A dental practice is not just the dentist who works on your teeth. It is also the people at the front desk and the people who do the billing. This practice is an absolute nightmare and I strongly recommend you don't make the same mistake I do by patronizing them.

2Continued, David Mendoza\'s hand was warped up and in a sling. But proceeded to pull teeth and trying implanting crowns. Then took a impression for my partials. But once my partials came in. They are two big, I gag from them being so far back into my throat, extreamly loss and flopping every which directions causing alot of discomfort, metal pieces sticking out of the bottom of them cutting my gums up. Took them in three different times to have him fix them but proceeded to tell me nothing is wrong. But four years later I still cant wear my teeth, I have no back teeth in the bottom and missing three upper front teeth. My mouth is ruined, and i have no self confidence when interviewing or even just being in public I\'m extremely embarrassed

4I purchased a groupon for this office. Coincidently, my fiancee bought one as well but I did not know it was at the same place. He came home and told me...
