1We were patients of Dr. Souza at Sheldon Dental for 10 years. We had to reschedule a late afternoon appointment due to a family emergency. It was our first cancellation. We called at 8AM. They charged us $50. It is there company policy, but after explaining why we rescheduled they did not budge, writing we were welcome to go elsewhere. It felt like a slap in the face for loyal patients in the face of a dying family member. We will be moving our business to another practice.
