1Both Dr. Sheth and Dr. Hansman are wonderful, but I will knock two stars off for the front office staff. You will not be greeted as you walk in. No one at the front desk smiles. God forbid if you are a minute late or they will be calling you. As you leave, no one says thank you, have a nice day. I personally think this is important. You are at the dreaded dentist office, no one likes going to the dentist. Would it hurt to have someone smile as you arrive and leave? I had to cancel an appointment last minute due to illness and the front desk said abruptly, "ok, bye" and hung up, didn't offer to reschedule or anything. That was a year and half ago and I've never been back.

1Dr. Hansmann is the most straight forward dentist, I found. No preaching, just sound advice. Recently hired another assoicate, who is great too!
