Dr. Patel and his staff are extremely considerate and accommodating. I spoke with Ashley about meeting Dr. Patel and discussing my options about some work that I was interested in having done regarding my smile. I expected to be put on a waiting list, considering all of the great things that I had heard about this office. Instead, Ashley was able to set an appointment for me for the very next day with Dr. Patel. Did I mention that I am not even a patient of Dr. Patel's yet? I immediately felt at home when I walked into the office at East Piedmont and had all of my questions and concerns addressed. This is the best example of excellent customer service! This will be my new, permanent office and I will be recommending that everyone visit Dr. Patel and his amazing team!
