9Full disclosure: Writing this review about one week after my visit and my feelings about this place remain the same. For starters they don't seem to enjoy scheduling new patients for a cleaning on the same visit. That's odd and seems like a money grab to be honest. I went for a consultation for braces, the orthodontist was really nice and explained things thoroughly. However, I have a problem with the nepotism that takes place in this office; particularity with the assistant named Barbie. I arrived for a 2pm appointment followed by a 4pm appoint shortly thereafter. Barbie promised me to generate a quote and that "my chart was up." As such, I stay there for an hour and a half only to realize she placed her son/relative in front in line (although he had arrived late, per her discussion in Spanish), when I heard her mention she would "bump the 4pm appt". Not only did she give preferential treatment to her son/relative, but I was there 15 minutes past 4pm just waiting to be seen. After several times asking for a status, I just left and will likely not come back as I don't appreciate the misinformation and lack of ethics. This place seems mediocre, at best, I would not recommend it if you're trying to have a decent experience at a dentist office. Coming from a guy that just wants to get his teeth straightened and cleaned. :)
