3The staff were great & the office is very nice but Dr. Pandey was cold and tried to get me to have a procedure (some kind of deep cleaning) that would cost over $2,000 of which my insurance only covered about $800. When I explained that I am retired and live on SS they refused to do my teeth cleaning which is covered by my insurance. They took Xrays and never told me what the result was. They asked me to leave because they said their computers were down and they would call me. They never did and when I called they were rude and refused to answer my questions. A horrible experience!! They also tried to sell me another treatment that is not covered by any insurance!!
