My children have been going there for nearly 3 years and I am finding a new practice after what I experienced this morning. After my child was seen this morning for a routine cleaning and exam, the hygenist comes out and broadcast to the entire waiting room the findings of my child's exam, the other persons in the waiting room were shocked that I-the parent was called to the back and advised of my child's outcome. When I addressed this matter to them, they became offended and claimed they did nothing wrong. A nurse happened to be in the waiting room and stated they violated HIPPA, which they obviously have no clue what it is. SO my advice to someone would be look elsewhere, unless you dont mind everyone knowing you ot your child's medical situation.
