64Root canal went bad. Doctors office didn’t followed up. Staff is rude and didn’t informed the office manager. Office manager forget to keep her word to refer back to me as promised. Initially she didn’t know much about the matter, definitely lack of communication and professionalism all together. I asked to talk with Dr. Cox, more likely he doesn’t even know what’s going on. In the meantime I had the problem solved by another professional. It seems that Dr. Cox didn’t performed well to begin with. Make yourself a favor and do some research first before it’s too late. I’ll file a complaint and pursuit legal action.
