i had them lose two packages last mouth and a few moths ago. now i called them to see why my package says delivered but no packages. trying to find excuses. then made me call back and he said ur package was fail be hide chair will deliver it tomorrow. so why did one package make it and not the other. both were marked delivered . he tried to say that it doesn't say that on the web while im looking at it.
