How Patients Feel
POSITIVEPatient Reviews
5This post is regarding the negative military experience We are so sorry to hear of your unfavorable financial orthodontic conclusion as this is not how Dr. Specht manages his practice. In late 2013, Dr. Specht bought Rolling Hills Orthodontics. Upon reading your review, I wanted to follow up regarding your experience. I was able to review your son's orthodontic data which revealed that unfortunately, your son did not start treatment with Dr. Specht, he started with Rolling Hills Orthodontics. Dr. Specht is in no way associated with Rolling Hills and we are currently looking into how to update this info on the web. I was also able to see when your family had to transfer out of the area and our office has never had the pleasure of meeting your family. Otherwise, we would have loved the opportunity to make your experience a more pleasurable one. I can confidently say that our office takes pride in our military and even offers a discount to those who serve our country. Please thank your family for doing so, as it takes a family's support to allow our service men and women to serve our country in excellence. V/R, Elizabeth Wallace Kirk A.
