I was in the office for 2 hrs mostly waiting. I had dental insurance that paid for the full cost of the the treatment I needed. Needless to say all they tried to do is pad the cost of my treatment. I needed dentures. They said that my insurance did not pay full cost. I explained that I check 3 times and the insurance did pay the full cost. I sat and waited as the financial officers stated he would check my insurance. Waited 30 min. And was advised again that t my share was $1000. I called again and check with my insurance company and they stated that they covered 100% at no cost to me. Another office staff person came and talked to me. She tried to convince me that my insurance didn’t cover the full cost. She stated that they may not cover the lab fee. The staff person stated she had to get the payment table from my insurance. I was assigned to office from my insurance. They should have that import information since they are a provider. Needless to say I arrived at 1:09 and left at 4:00.
