Dr. Cohen put a crown on my tooth years ago with such inaccuracy that it has now broken the filling in the tooth above it. The crown placement at the time of initial treatment was such a poor fit, I had to clench my teeth to seat it on the tooth 4 times before it would stick (excrutiating) and then it caused a distortion of my bite (also painful and lingering). The result now is another huge dental problem that probably wouldn't have existed with a better dentist. Not happy at all
