20First, I originally reviewed 5 stars. After several months of dealing with Tanya, the person who handles billing...ZERO stars. I will say that Dr. Saleh and Dr DiTomasso were both very knowledgable and great. I have not a single bad word to say about them. However, Tanya has singlehandedly ruined the entire experience. The only thing she cared about was money. I spent over $10,000 there in a short period of time, I never owed them a dime. I paid every single office visit in full, however....they billed me almost $1,500 in \"advanced\" for services not performed. They only refunded me after I had to call and complain. Then after my last appointment, my upcoming one was also going to be several thousands of dollars. I was given a treatment plan with the exact details and prices, then a few days later, but weeks before the next appointment, Tanya was calling me again asking for payment for the upcoming appointment! I\'d really have to stress that I\'ve never owed these people a dim

110Before I got the braces my jaw would hurt almost constantly. Now I have no pain and my smile looks great. My confidence has skyrocketed with this new smile and I\'m so glad I made this decision. The entire Ortho team was fantastic. They made sure all my needs were met and were consistently kind and respectful. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to make a positive change in their life.
