3So horribly disappointed. After moving here and asking around some other patients recommended this office. I got a cleaning in which they told me no cavities, I had to get two root canals in the next 3 months after, not sure how they missed that. Then after saving up the money as a self pay patient. I went back for my crown, it didn't feel right and was a whole different color then the rest of my teeth. I told the dentist asst and she said they will send to the lab and call me later that day to reschedule. No one called so the next morning I called and found out I was discharged as a patient and was no longer welcome, for saying I didn't not like this particular crown. I have other crowns that I never thought twice about (from other dentist) this one did not seem right to me and he discharged me instead of helping me. So now I have a half tooth with temp crown. I needed to get this done before starting a new job in which I can not get time off. I now have to wait and feel uncomfortable until I find the time and dentist to help me. I already had dentist anxiety. Its now even worse. thanks for leaving me with half a tooth, a temp crown that's falling apart, and no confidence in this office. If this tooth is ruined in the meantime because I paid out of pocket to get root canal, I hope he's willing to reimburse me since HE grinded my tooth down then did not finish the job. If I knew this would happen I would have not paid for root canal, or obviously would have went elsewhere in the first place. I will be reporting this to any association that will listen. I've never had something so humiliating and unprofessional happen to me. HORRIBLE PATIENT CARE!!!
