3I have been a patient of Dr. Agreda for about 10 years or more. I never had a complaint, everything was perfect. Recently I took my mother 85 year old to him because I wanted her to has the same quality of care as I had. I trusted my mother care to this Dr. and office. Recently my mother told me she didn't want to go to this dentist anymore. I asked the reason why? My mother became a scared or frightened then she told me her experience. She was sitting at the chair and Dr. Agreda asked her to open her mouth widely and did what she could. He was upset, raised his hand and smacked her on the right shoulder while he was yelling up to his lungs: "ABRE LA BOCOTA" (Open your big mouth) I'm writing this here not because I want to harm him in any way, but I m concerned with the violent and abusive behavior of this Doctor towards the elderly, the most vulnerable population in our community. And they all know at the office I'm telling the truth.
