I had an appointment at 3pm. When i came into the office. There was a reception desk with no receptionist. They couldnt tell me if i had an appointment at 3pm because there was no computer or appointment book. Then the doctor told me himself i should come back on the 18th because they were busy, therefore wasting $20 for parking. I decided to leave and ask for my insurance card back. Then they wanna take me in for a check up because i wanted to leave. This has been the most disorganized office.
