A long term practitioner of high end dentistry seeks a young dentist to join the practice as current owner phases out over next 5 years.  The new doctor will have a great opportunity to learn from the current doctor over these next 5 years.  Opportunity for immediate 50% ownership, or deferred ownership of 50 - 100%.  Actual type of transition will depend upon the needs, skill set, and experience of the new doctor.  Realistic expectations of the new doctor will be to join the practice on a part time basis initially, grow his/her own practice and patient base within the practice, and ultimately takes over the entire practice within 5 years.  Practice is primarily FFS and currently collects $800K+.  Price will be determined at onset and all growth of the practice due to efforts of the new doctor will result in immediate equity at the time of transition.
