I Love this man with all of my heart and soul! Not only was he a terrific dentist but kind and sooo compassionate! He helped make me who I am. This also includes his wife and family! I had the wonderful opportunity to know them all! I would still trust him to work on my mouth. I still so LOVE and miss you!! ps I was there when you had your first heart attack and saw you in the hospital-even though you didn't want anyone from the office to come. I Love and miss YOU! I called her office (now in Coral Springs) about a minor problem I was having that was caused by another dentist. I explained the situation to the person who answered the phone. She put me on hold to speak to the doctor, then came back and made my appointment for same day and told me the visit would cost $29 on their special.. I got there and went through their questionnaire, had 2 xrays taken and waited for the doctor. She looked at the crown that was put on too high by the other dentist (who left to go on vacation immediately after doing my root canal... with no backup dentist to cover). All she needed to do was grind off a little of the crown, but she said she wasn't comfortable fixing another doctor's work. She'd be happy to make me a new crown, though (isn't that fixing someone else's work too?) She refused to adjust the crown (which prevents the right side of my mouth from closing...so I can't chew!). I guess she thought I wouldn't come back for the crown! AVOID!.
My crown came out of my mouth. When I went to Dr. Aron's office to have it glued back in, he called in a specialist who happened to be in his office to look at my crown, who told me that I would need $1400 worth of work done in my mouth including a core buildup with pins. I was shocked. I went back to NJ a few weeks later, & had my dentist put the crown back in my mouth for $75 - no problem. That was in 2012, & I still have the crown in my mouth. BEWARE OF THIS CON ARTIST!!.
Awesome guy! Saved my teeth from a dentist who dropped the ball! Two days of intensive work and no pain!!! He also has a great disposition!.
His office couldn't solve a infected root canal on my wife. His office referred us to a different dentist that was capable of the task. Dr. Glen B. Mitchell, DDS FICD If you want a qualified dentist or dental surgeon Dr. Mitchell in Boca is your man. You won't get lies and excuses and it won't take two years to perform a root canal on an infected tooth and crown. Ortlieb lost a patient due to lies. Thousand of dollars of expense and years of pain. Sound good you?.
Extremely Impressed I moved to Hillsboro Beach, Florida from Chicago, Illinois last year. I asked my neighbors and friends for a recommendation for a talented and honest dentist. Dr. Ortlieb's name came up several times, so I felt comfortable making my appointment with his office when I was due to have my check-up. My experience at his office was stellar from the first telephone contact to make the appointment, to the thorough cleaning by Amy who I was informed is one of three very caring hygienists. I needed to replace a crown that had a cavity under it. Dr. Ortlieb took the time to show me the X-ray and explain the procedure so I actually understood why the crown was being replaced. He proceeded to work with great precision and one of the lightest touches that I have ever experienced. He truly has hands of gold.My crowns is incredible! I can't say enough about Dr. Ortlieb's talent as a dentist. Try him...I'm glad I did..
