I sadly have to leave an updated 2nd review and experience report of my very disappointing second encounter for a root canal done by Dr. Jungermann at Mid-Florida Endodontics. I was referred here by the VA for their office's ability to administer nitrous oxide during the procedure, and sadly, I quickly learned that they care more about getting out of the office on time, than ensuring a complete and careful procedure is accomplished effectively the first time. Their first available appointment was at 315pm knowing they close at 430pm which put me in a position to receive mediocre and rushed care so bad that a continued infection was confirmed by another endodontist to be left in the canals, and for the canals themselves to not have been drilled deep enough for a successful treatment to have been accomplished. What Jungermann referred to as a "perfect root canal" was graded as a B- to B attempt at best according to the specialist I received care from following this nightmare. The pain in my mouth only grew as the days went by from the original procedure date to the point that I could no longer bite down on the right side of my mouth without sharp, deep, throbbing pain; and after 7 days of no improvement, I returned to the doctors office for an emergency follow up. I was met by Dr. Jungermann and her very poor bedside manner and pretentious attitude with an immediate deaf ear to even begin to attempt to understand the problem or attempt to offer anything other than referring me somewhere else to have the tooth pulled, and nothing in the interim other than stronger antibiotics, steroid pain medication, and a pass the buck don't ask me attitude which reflects poorly on her true character. I had to be the one to bring up alternative treatment options and pulled out the retreatment brochure located at the front of her office detailing options for retreatment of the current canal, an Apicectomy surgery to still salvage the tooth, or the final option of having the tooth extracted. Jungerman acted extremely incredulous to the fact I questioned her shoddy efforts and was quick to explain that she would not be able to offer anything but a referral elsewhere and refused retreatment. I caution anyone who is referred here to think twice about your treatment at this location as a "45-minute special" may not resolve your issue, and any level of aftercare necessary may be non-existent. I plan to contact the appropriate authorities to lodge a complaint against this doctor's lax treatment of my case and myself, and warn anyone with special needs, disabilities, or dental anxiety to steer clear of Dr. Jungermann, and the Daytona Beach Mid-Florida endodontic office..
Not Affordable Went there and was promised a 0% financing. Come to find out it was not and office manager Aaron and the dentist are unwilling to cooperate. Avoid if you want good customer service and financing..
Dr. Serra treated me for years and was amazing. He now is a dentist for the VA. He was a true professional and ethical doctor..

My experience with Dr. Lim was terrible. Im pretty tough when it comes to dentists but he was very rough with me. Has a heavy hand with the drill & zero bed side manner. His filling has left me in pain going on day 7 now & unable to eat hard food. I had to return because the pain was so bad, he was rude & nasty to me. When he was finished he said "if it still hurts after this, I dont know what to tell you." Im still in pain & afraid hes created a huge problem me..
I went to Aspen Dental for a basic check-up. I was very pleased with the friendly service from start to finish. I was greeted when I walked in and didn’t have to wait long before they called me back. After not having gone to the dentist for a number of years, I was very nervous but all of the staff were very thorough and made me feel comfortable. The doctor made me feel relaxed and let me know all of the procedures that I need to have. After my visit, I am definitely more at ease with the dentist!.
