Well Doc and his staff got to know me pretty well over the past few months and I them. Had to have major work done! The end result is phenomenal! I’m so happy with my new bridge! I can’t say enough about the services, staff, cleanliness, and the atmosphere each and every time! Thanks to all of you at Van Meter Denistry!.
If I could give this zero stars, then I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. She's horrible, the work is not worth the price! Long, long waits, I had to wait three hours, and on top of all that she messed up my teeth bad and now I can't chew on one side of my mouth. Her husband was a drug dealer so that's probably where she got her knowledge from. She's very rude, and disrespectful to her patients. I would NOT recommend this dentist to anyone!.
If I could give this place no stars, I would. I had an appointment on 3 (three) separate occasions, I believe they were all around 8 in the morning. The first two, I show up at 8 with nobody there. No call, nothing to tell me that someone is going to show up late or anything. The third time was the same thing, except it was snowing. Oh my goodness, we can't get out in this 1/2" of snow that is already melting away. I waited for nearly 30 (thirty) minutes before I decided to leave. One of the office crew called and asked if I was still going to make it to my appointment, to which I replied "I was there at 8'oclock this morning and nobody was there." She tells me that they had called everyone that had appointments to tell them that they will be just a few minutes late, which may have happened, but not to me..
The experience that I had at Dr. Low's office was incredible. He is a kind and gentle man and the best dentist that I've ever experienced. From the moment I walked in to his office I felt very comfortable and his receptionist and assistant Joy was most welcoming and proficient. It is difficult for me to describe how wonderful this initial visit was. I have been terrified of dentists my entire life, and Dr. Low alleviated all of my concerns, and took wonderful care of me. For the first time in my life I am looking forward to going back to the dentist and continuing my treatments with Dr. Low. Truly, this was a life changing experience for me, thank you Dr. Low..
