hi I had oral surgery there in august of 2019.Surgeon was DR.Keim who was wonderful.However the office help will cause DR.Askari to loose his medical license due to claiming he performed my surgery on the insurance forms and refusing to change them.He is a general dentist who does not have a license to do surgery.He actually signed the forms himself so he is just as guilty.Im sure the front office people are keeping all of my correspondence from him because they told me no one could make them do the paperwork right.I think the legal consequences will teach them a lesson.
