1Gave bad advice on a procedure. Assurance that it would be covered by insurance was hollow as the claim was rejected. Insurance company said a filling, not a crown would have been fine since the filling was small. After a complaint to the office, another hollow promise that they would write off 50%. Well, a back-and-forth ensued and I paid them in order not to have a blemish on my credit.
