This is by far the best dental office I have ever been to. They are the sweetest people and really care about what you want. I really love my dentist she is the most sweet caring dentist that I have ever met and I would follow her wherever she went if possible. I can’t remember her name at this moment but she is great!!! She sit down beside me held my hand looked me in the eyes while we discussed what I needed and she made me feel like I was the only one in the office. She didn’t rush me or treat me like I was just another patient. She says hi every time I come in for my appointments or anything. Most dentist that I have been to are nice but distant and differently not as caring! Aspen Dental is my home for dental work from now on. I promise you will love this place it’s the greatest!!! Thank you Aspen Dental for all you guys do..

They do not know how to work with young people and their parents. They admitted afterward they don’t work with young people/families. I took my son there for the first time to have a consultation and then cleaning if they had a free spot that day. When they called him back I was going to come with him since this was a new place, first visit, consultation and so on. We weren’t even scheduled for a cleaning. They stopped me from coming back with him stating they needed to do X-rays first then I could come back. I waited and watched through the window and they whisked him off to a back room after the X-rays and never said anything to me. So when I asked what was going on and where he was, they scrambled around looking for him. They tell me they don’t let people come back - well they don’t communicate either! When I get back to my son the the hygienist is cleaning his teeth. They are baffled why I’m irritated, stop the cleaning, and are about to ship us out the door. Nobody told me after the X-rays, “We have an open spot and we are going to go ahead and take your son and clean his teeth, ok? You can wait here and we will call you back or give you an update when the dentist has checked him out.” No communication at all! They fumble around saying they didn’t really need to do an exam because he is young, they aren’t used to working with young people, they didnt need to tell me anything because I signed a consent for treatment, and whatever other excuse they could drum up. And the humorous part is they also stated they were protecting me from radiation from the X-rays yet the X-Ray booths are right beside the door, and the check out desk is right in front of the X-ray area where I waited through 2 other patient’s X-rays to check out. I guess I’m spoiled by our regular family dentist who is more professional and family-friendly..
