I\'ve been going to Dr. Bickford for years & have had a good bit of work done with him. He explains things well & answers questions. For procedures, they numb with a q-tip for several minutes, then do the numbing shot as needed & wait a few minutes. I\'m always good & numb before they start. If you need the gas mask for a cleaning, mention it when you set up the appt. Everyone there is extremely friendly & personable. The wait is so short that son (5) doesn\'t get to play in the lobby for long.
