5Aside from the very long, long waiting period to be seen prior to arriving an hour/hour in a half, I would say the staff is very helpful and professional. If they can figure out a way to get past the long wait, I would give them an A+. They're not a bad dentistry. Just sucks they set you up with an appointment, then when you arrive, you then get stuck having to wait way too long just to be seen by one of the dentist.

2In my experience/opinion, the doctor seemed more interested in billing than in fixing the problem. He jumped from one surgery to the next, without being willing to even investigate the problem. In 3 months, I went from a mildly-achy tooth to what I\'m told might be lifelong 24/7 pain and many many thousands of dollars in bills [to my insurance].

1I have not been to the dentist in 4 years because of poor dentistry services I have received in the past. I went to see Dr. Ferrara on a referral from a friend. This was the best dental visit I have ever been to. I most definitely will go back to see her!

3My Husband and I have been seeing Dr. Hildebrand for over 3 years now. I have had major dental procedures done and the end result is great so far. My Husband has had teeth pulled, crowns and cavities filled and is more then happy with Dr. Hildebrand\'s work. He takes his time, is gentle, always makes sure that he is not hurting you and communicates before, during and after procedures to make sure that the patient is aware of what is going on. His staff is very good and once in a while we all have a laugh or two, what a great feeling that is. I would recommend Dr. Hildebrand and his staff:)
