7The first nurse kept rushing thru my cleaning procedure so much that it was hurting me. She blamed it on the vibration of the tool then switched to the traditional cleaning tool. She mentioned several times that she had other patients while working on me in such a way I felt I was impeding on her time. When I inquired about the mismanagement of my time (they had already double booked my initial time slot though I received a 6am confirmation via email and blamed it on the ZocDoc ap) she laughed and hurried me to the receptionist. If I hadn't firmly asked to have a completed visit they were already in communications to have me come back later in the day (which would have made my 3rd appointment for one intended visit). The second nurse was kind and helpful she explained everything to make sure I had no follow up questions and wanted to show me the impact of my procedure. If it wasn't for her my review would probably be much worse.
