J ERIC HIBBS DDS MAGD

We have been going to Dr Hibbs and his team for our family's dental care since 2010. We love Dr Hibbs and our dental hygienist. The front office is always friendly and it is very simple to make appointments with them. They return calls promptly and provide a text message for appointment reminder. Our assigned dental hygienist is very professional, friendly and bright. She takes great care for our teeth and is especially accommodating to our little 3 year old girl. For her first appointment, our dental hygienist did not wear a mask and let my daughter lay on ME for the entire cleaning session. That made my daughter much more comfortable. Then Dr. Hibbs came in and read a story to her and finished the exam in no time. No tears, no drama from my child. The next visit 6 months later was very smooth as she remembered the first visit. I was so relieved and impressed. Our 1 year old fell this past weekend and her baby tooth flew out of her mouth. I was very distressed and called the after hours line and Dr Hibbs personally called me back within 5 mins. There is nothing we can do for a baby tooth but I very much appreciated his prompt call and assurance that my daughter is ok. He even welcomed a visit the next week for him to see her. As for my husband's and my care, we are very satisfied. Dr. Hibbs sometimes find minor items during my exam and would quickly fix them and not ask for another appointment. He really does understand that our time is precious. Also my wait time at this office is never long.
