6I love Dr. Cooper's practice, but his lack of phone service caused me to leave. I've always been satisfied with Dr. Cooper's work, and the entire staff is very friendly. I would give his practice a 5 star in actual dental work, but 1 star on customer service. His dental hygienist is amazing and will spend 45 minutes cleaning your teeth to make them perfect. However, I've had to call half a dozen times in a week before someone answers the phone just so I can schedule an appointment. This happened EVERY time I needed an appointment. When I left voice mails, no one ever called me back. This last time I called 3 times within 2 days with no answer and finally gave up. I researched another place that had great reviews for quality of work and answered my call immediately, so I'm going to them. I don't know why Dr. Cooper can't just hire a fulltime receptionist instead of making the hygienist answer calls in between patients, that's insane.
