I went to Dr Vargas for the first time for a routine cleaning/X-rays. She told me I had stage 3 gum disease, needed 2 root canals, 4 fillings and 5 crowns. I was stunned as I had just been to the dentist (different dentist) a year and a half before. I got a shady impression of the place so I got a second opinion a week later. Turns out, my gums are great and I only need 1 filling. She\'s a scam trying to get your money. There are tons of dentists in dallas- go somewhere else
