I'm still suffering from PTSD after everything I went through with this Dr. not to mention thousands of dollars I've had to pay out of pocket. It's been about a year and a half since my ordeal and this past Monday I just had my last and final appt. correcting his close to fatal mistake(s). I'm thankful to be alive and after everything my family and myself have been through I just pray I didn't make a mistake by not suing the Dental Chain who hired him and Dr. Butler personally for malpractice.
