1I\'m a veteran and she works at the Tucson VA. October 1st, 2021 I arrived 30-35 minutes early. Staff failed to give me a COVID test, but the actual test only takes moments; after which there is a short wait...so it can be done table side. I was there because I had a broken tooth, and while I was waiting for her to fix my tooth, she found 2 others that were cracked. I got my appointment from an emergency call in, but she argued after 45 minutes in her chair, that she could not fix my tooth because of staff did not test me for COVID. Turns out, she was keeping her schedule clean, thereby preserving an image of high quality and efficient performance which triggers bonuses and step increases for evaluations. Once the Chief was involved, she tested me for COVID, and he fixed my tooth. She was going to allow me to leave...no better off than when I came. Her interests do not lay with the patients...find someone else.
