I have visited this dental office twice, and the office and dental staff and dentist have been very friendly and professional both times. They are very genuine in their demeanor and interaction. My dental cleanings have been very thorough; I not only feel the difference, but also can see it. (I have not had extensive dental work here, however, as I rarely have an issue, so I cannot comment on those services.) Furthermore, they offer suggestions for any issues they see as a current or possible future dental issue and for products they carry that may be better-priced than what we might find online, so I feel well-informed about my options. There's no pressure to buy anything, just information. As concerns the space, the waiting area, as well as the larger office, is clean with a contemporary and cozy feel. To conclude, I plan to continue coming to Cypress Lakes Dental as long as these factors remain true. Disclosure: I have been to another dental office in Houston that advertised discounts to clients to leave a review (in the bathroom stalls), and although I did my due diligence, I found that the reviews I read did not quite match my experiences there (I went twice and my husband three times.). So, it must be stated that I felt compelled to leave a completely unpaid, unrewarded review of CLD so that others may know of my true experiences.
