I feel Dr. Patil is a very good dentist professional, however she does not explain things in layman terms and she speaks extremely fast. Heather, one of the technicians does not listen and is extremely rough when inside the patients mouth. She continues even after being told repeatedly of the pain she is causing. She is hard-headed.
