PARENTS & PATIENTS BEWARE! Please be cautious of Karbassi Orthodontics. Our experience with this doctor was extremely negative. Dr. Karbassi is rude to the parents and mean to the children. We witnessed several parents being very upset for many reasons and children crying at the office. The office is highly unorganized and there is a severe lack of cleanliness. The billing system is untrustworthy, and the medical care is unsanitary, Dr. Karbassi does not wear medical gloves/masks for every patient. Our son’s braces were incorrectly put on causing extreme issues, we switched to a new orthodontist where the braces had to be completely removed and put back on and treatment started all over again after over a year of wearing them. Please do your research before choosing this doctor, there are a countless number of very negative and concerning reviews and complaints/grievances have been filed with the Ohio State Dental Board, Better Business Bureau and local Dental Societies..
Always attentive, instructive and not quick to drill. When he does he is gentle and efficient..
Friendliest group of staff I have ever met anywhere! Dr. Barsan himself came to the waiting room to introduce himself to me and my son with another personal touch of sitting us down in what cld pass for an adorable readers nook to review health history instead of desk staff shoving a clipboard of paperwork for me to fill out. His assistant (whom has been with him for decades) is amazing with kids and so sweet! Actually everyone there is so sweet they cld cause a cavity lol best place ever!.
i would rate this office a 0.... terrible experience on monday..1-2-17...went to have a root canal done... oriental dentist.VERY VERY ROUGH UNCARING RUDE...took almost 3 hrs to do... numbed me about 12 times... come to find out i grind my teeth at night... thats the reason my teeth are VERY VERY sensitive.... the lady that filled my teeth was caring... and much more gentle.... now i have half of my face bruised outside and inside my face...in an area where the root canal wasn't EVEN done...my gums are white in the area where the root canal was done..which obviously means something is wrong... I WILL NEVER RETURN...and also called a lawyer about a malpractice suit....signed... I had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled by Dr.Walker.Hes the best dentist I've ever had.I was so scared,he made me forget about being scared.Now as for the front desk staff,horrible.They are rude,tacky,and show that they are not professional at all.Who ever owns this practice should look at his front office staff,because they will be the downfall of a great practice..
