14The staff has no clue of what they are doing, or either they are lazy to do their job. Especially the ladies who deal with the insurance. Good luck on leaving a message and waiting for them to return your call. They act like you are there to service them. This happened twice. The first time it took over 30 days for an approval, and when I finally got in touch with the office manager to complain, it was still sitting on the ladies desk and had not been worked on. Go elsewhere if possible!
