He drilled through the root of my tooth into my soft tissue during a root canal. He also left an entire file in the canal and failed to properly prep the canal leaving a good portion of untreated and completely neglected a whole canal. He was made aware that the tooth was still causing me pain weeks later but I was told it would get better.the next four month I suffered from multiple sinus/tonsil/upper respiratory infections. Eventually it was found that the insufficient root canal was the causE.
