Out of network for FEPBLUEDENTAL, which is not explained when you make an appointment. Friendly staff, very competent dental hygienists, Dr. Simpson is very capable and professional. Made an appointment for an annual exam and cleaning. Got billed for a debridement which was not covered by my dental insurance. When I requested the coding be changed to a cleaning, it was refused, so my insurance did not cover any of it. As a consequence, I am looking for a new dentist.
