Painless extracts. Wonderful assistant. Cleaning looks the best and the shots to numb me didn't leave my mouth sore. Bleeding was very little and Dr. Martin and staff are wonderful professions. I would recommend his services highly..
I had an appointment today, and honestly leary of going to a new Dentist, just my fears from previous places. But have to say it was the best! Today is the Grand Opening and everything went very well I thought. All the Staff is super friendly and informative and the Dentist was great and very helpful with discussing the best treatments options. I am very pleased with Aspen Dental here in Crossville only wished they would have been here a long time ago! Thanks to you all for the great experience and hope you have many great years to come in Crossville!!!.
Can A dentist take their clients phone away meaning (confiscate) peoples phone.My name is Samuel Flynn age 21 of Crossville TNHowever , i experienced this situation at aspen dental in Crossville i was in pre op for a tooth to be pulled which was $200.00 and i was treated like a child there and they at first gave me a verbal warning and then this lady named brittany came in and confiscated my phone from me because i was on it texting my parents and my boss .I do not work at aspen dental which means i dont have to follow their cellphone policy.And im just a client there.Anyway i would certainly hate to see anyone get treated like i did.A doctor is not a police officer or judge and cant issue warrants so they cant just confiscate peoples phones like they did to me today 8-13-20.And i would like to get my money back based on poor treatment by this facilty .Aspen Dental in Crossville Tennessee. I did get my cell back but not satisfied with the service and treatment i got.Just because your a medical professional dont mean anything and it doesnt mean your trustworthy to be the phone holder or obtainer of your clients . How do I know that you guys did or didnt hack my phone? How do I know if you did or didnt obtain banking info off my phone ? How can i trust you guys with my $200 cellphone when i only met you guys for the first time? How do I know if you guys did or didnt mess up my $200 phone? How do I know if guys are hackers or not? These things come into question when someone doesnt know you that well and its normal to question like that. Great News! I got my refund but the security breaches this entire situation has got to change for the better not the worse..
I love Crossville Aspen Dental. Everyone that works there deserves 5 stars. They all know there job and go above and beyond. Everyone takes the time to listen to you, answer all questions, explain all procedures and walk you thru it. Dr. Hall and Britney are the best. I had my upper teeth extracted and my temporary denture placed. I could say a thousand amazing things everyone did for me, but really I want the world to know is they gave me more than an incredible smile. Which is perfect. They gave me my life back.! I will never go anywhere else. Thank you all so much!.
