Dr. Gabella was unable to preform the procedure I came in for so he told me I would be receiving a refund for the work that was done. After my insurance paid I was left with a bill that amounted to being charged around $500 per hour for his services. I was in his office a total of 30 minutes and was forced to pay $225 out of pocket after in-network insurance. The facilities are also outdated..
I saw many good comments about the lady doctor but could not find comments about Mr. Stout. He seems to rush a little and did not do the job I wanted on that day, rather referred me to a specialist who is very expensive. I could not afford that. I went for a tooth cleaning but could not get that. I wish i could get the lady doctor on that day, she probably would be much more helpful..
My children and I have been patients of Dr. Mark Davies for about 10 years, and I can’t speak highly enough of him and his team. Our previous Crofton dentist suddenly stopped taking our insurance, and it was very clear they simply didn’t care whether or not we continued as patients. So I found Ye Olde Village Dentist online and we gave them a try — and the rest is history. The practice always runs on time, the office is exceedingly well kept, they’re all super warm and friendly, as well as knowledgeable, proactive in keeping ahead of any potential problems, evenhanded with advice about options — we trust them completely. Even when the kids were younger, there were never any grumbles about dentist appointments — Dr Davies and the staff treat us like family.
