I loved it! And here is why: I'm generally afraid of dentists because of my past experiences. But last week I was under such a high level of pain that I couldn't avoid it. I happened to be in Milwaukee at the time. A doc. friend of mine suggested Dr. Saleki at Oak Creek, WI. I contacted his office immediately and they made an emergency appointment for me. I was in their office on the next day! The staff were so respectful, friendly and helpful. The office environment was also very clean, calm and relaxing. After some paperwork, shortly, I was called by secretary to visit Dr. Saleki. Dr. Saleki is not only a great dentist but also a great person. Although he is a relatively young Doctor, but I found him very experienced in his job. He is also very gentle, relaxed, soft spoken and friendly. He knows how to treat his patients. After he made sure what is my problem and what is the best way to deal with it, he explained whatever I needed to know about my case one by one. He answered all of my questions that I had before starting the operation, gently. During the work he was so organized and calm which was making me relaxed too. He explained whatever I should expected at the next level of operation before he begin that. For example, he warned me "you may feel some pressure in my jaw shortly and that's ok". I did like that warnings and that made me even more relaxed. I was feeling so comfortable during the whole process and the level of pain was just very little. They had very modern equipments in the room. An assistant was assisting Dr. Saleki during the surgery. After the surgery he explained to me what should I expect and what should I do after the surgery. All of them were very useful, I would say. He also contacted me the day after the surgery asking about my general health situation and if I have got any question or concern. In general, I had a great experience with Dr. Saleki and his crew at 132 E Drexel Ave, Oak Creek. I strongly recommend him and his wonderful job. I've had nothing but positive experiences with Oak Creek Dental. I had many issues with my teeth after not being to the dentist for many years. The staff worked with me so I could get the much needed work done and still have it be affordable. I had a rather large filling come loose and needed to be replaced as it was becoming painful. They were able to get me in quickly and repaired the filling! The staff remembers who I am by name. I've never had an issue with my insurance with them at all. They are up front about costs and honest about whether or not a procedure is actually needed. Everything they claim and a bit more. They were able to remove a shattered tooth of mine in one go and just now were able to fix a crack in my tooth ALL THE SAME DAY I CALLED! Other places would have made me wait at least a week!.
