2My wife had an appointment at 1:45 p.m. We got there at 1:30 and proceeded to wait until 2:30 p.m. for her to be seen. During this time, multiple staff were eating lunch. We also were treated to a loud phone conversation in the next room, where the doctor was laughing and joking for 30+ minutes. The staff was pleasant and friendly, but as medical professionals ourselves, we were disappointed. We know what it's like to be slammed with patients and fall behind, but having someone wait an hour and a half for a 15 minute appointment is not acceptable. We will not be going back.
