Former and never-again patient. I have frequently found the doctor and some (but by no means all) of the front-office staff to be condescending. The end came when I had scheduled an appointment for a single filling, but the dentist had determined to do 5 at once. I was neither consulted nor notified that my SO and I would suddenly be paying many hundreds of dollars more than we could afford because this dentist wanted to do multiple fillings at one time without my consent. Had I been asked, I would have withheld my consent to do so many at one time, and I objected strenuously to their decision to numb both my upper and lower jaw simultaneously. I'll never go back and you shouldn't go there either. You can receive more respect for your needs and financial means at any of the many other dentists in the area, and the care will equal or surpass the care that you'd receive at this one.
