I have been going here a while. In general, things were okay. However, I was never notified if someone was substituting for either hygienist or dentist. The other dentists are apparently just rotating through. The last time I was in, the receptionist told me they were no longer in network when I gave her my new insurance card but that the coverage would be the same. I have coverage for no charge for a cleaning and check up. But when the bill came, I owed more than $100. I stopped in to talk to someone, was given the run around saying it would be looked into. I never heard a word until I got a past due bill for that entire amount. Emailing and messaging has gotten no response. Not going back..
This place has performed the worst root canal on me for the past 5 years. Why I went back for a correction, I'D live to regret it. Do not go to this place for a root canal. They would end up sending you to another metro dental and you would end up wasting money due to their incompetence. Dr. Mcginn is okay but you don't know the other quack she might hire. I have seen many come and go. That is a sign the problem. They have billed me for incorrect procedures so watch your receipt. Stay away!!!!!.
Dr. Weingartner did a great job fixing some broken teeth. I am no longer embarassed about smiling. I recommend him highly..
My experience with this place.. I am not impressed at all. They did the wrong tooth, then still wanted to charge me for it. Also they popped out my filling and I choked on it, tears coming down my face- because I was trying to cough it up and I felt like I couldn't breath! Then they told me to get an x-ray because they didn't know if I inhaled or swallowed the silver filling- which could cause serious infection if it was inhaled into my lung. Did not offer to pay for the x-ray & I got no apology from them either! I thought their staffing (receptionists) were also very rude! I do NOT recommend this place at all!.
