I've been seeing Dr. Tiernay for about 20 years. She has always been easy to approach, never keeps me waiting in the waiting room, a perfectionist with her work, and she always explains what she is going to do, and why she is doing it. Her staff is also just as warm and welcoming as she is. A true professional! I would recommend her to anyone.
