Dr Hartman is an absolute expert! He explained what to expect at each stage of the procedure, he kept asking if I was doing ok, he was very gentle, professional and kind. He made me feel very relaxed and confident throughout the procedure. His assistant was equally professional, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Dr Hartman.
