My husband and I both saw Dr. Couch for the first time. She is fantastic and her hygienist is equally fantastic. They get 5 stars all the way. However their office staff ruins it for them. Carla is very rude and dismissive. It took 3 months to get a call back on a procedure that the Dr. recommended and that I took a molding of my teeth for. When I advised why it took so long and I had to keep calling, she said they were behind and understaffed. THEN said if I would like, I can go somewhere else and I am welcome to leave their practice. Who says this to a new patient? She must of been having a bad day and took it out on me. I am pretty easy going and just want to get the info I request. We will not be returning to this dentist not due to her but her staff. Dentists are a dime a dozen and there is great competition in Coppell. You have to deal with office staff a lot with visits and I refuse to not be valued as a patient and treated with respect.
