Woods Dental Group and Orthodontics

Not very happy with this dentist. They are not very flexible when it comes to time. The first appointment was okay, I was on time and didn't have any problems. 2nd appointment I called and told them I would be only 10 min late and told them I had taken off from work just for the appointment and they still told me I had to reschedule my appointment. I thought they could of at least said just this time, it is not like I was going to be 30 minutes late or something. The guy they have working in the front was very rude and I told them I would be switching dentist and he was un-bothered like oh well that is just what it is. Not cool at all, find a dentist who is more flexible, things come up and I so happen to be caught near an accident.

The doctors and staff at the practice are amazing. The front office is very knowledgeable and works with my insurance to find best options for my needs. Could never go wrong here.
