Element Dental

Initially I had a good experience with Element Dental. However, recently they have been very disappointing. The last 3 times that I have had an appointment, I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour past my appointment time. What's the point of an appointment then? Also, they incorrectly billed my insurance for things that I didn't have done and have yet to fix that. Lastly, I had a cleaning done here. If the hygienist was in the room for more than about 5 minutes, I would be surprised. She literally brushed my teeth and that was it. I paid $90 for someone to brush my teeth!!!!!!

Staff were very nice but it went downhill from there. Sat in the waiting room for an hour before they took my son back for x-rays then we were told there were no rooms available so we had to go back out to the waiting room which took another 30 minutes. Once we got back into a room we waited for about 20 minutes until the dental hygenist came in to do my son's teeth cleaning. We then waited for another hour to see the dentist (who never showed up) at which point I was beyond frustrated for having been there over 3 hours and I needed to leave because of another appointment period of course when I got to the front desk they apologized and tried to get me to stay so the dentist could do a \"quick\" exam. I explained that I had waited long enough and that I did not appreciate their unprofessionalism and if he had time to do an exam he should have already been back there. I will pay extra money for an out of network dentist to avoid such unprofessionalism and lack of efficiency.

I had such great experience today. I am a first time patient and I will highly recommend it to anybody. EVERYONE was super nice and professional.

First time going and it was great. The staff was friendly and there was no pressure. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I will be going back.
